A first-time mom of twins, I remember desperately crawling around in the dark in the middle of the night searching for dropped pacifiers in my crying babies cribs. I was just trying to survive the night. Functioning day in and day out, with very little sleep, I was wondering how long I could go on this way.
After talking with our pediatrician and reading all the sleep books I could get my hands on, I put a plan into action and I soon saw my life changing for the better. I had babies who took naps and slept through the night. I had time for myself again and time to reconnect with my husband. My babies were noticeably happier. I had energy and patience - I was able to be a better mom because I was no longer sleep-deprived.
Now, as a mom of four grown children that are all good sleepers and a Nana to three littles, it's a joy for me to help other families achieve sleep in their household, too. I've seen with my own eyes the benefits of quality sleep for both children and their parents. If you're feeling like that 3 a.m. sleep-deprived version of me, back when I was raising my babies, I'd love to help show you the other side.
Just because you have kids doesn't mean you never get to sleep again. I know that both can co-exist happily and I'm here to guide you along the way.
